Our world-class yoga deck is one of largest in Costa Rica, and can easily fit 30 yogis. We are fully equipped with all the props you’ll want to use with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, light weights, and aerial silks. We also have surround sound speakers and a projector. Along with artful decorations complementing the lush natural rainforest surroundings.

Working with Upward Spirals and their network of organic farms and expert chefs we provide guests with an unforgettable food experience.
In Costa Rica it can be challenging to find organic options for health conscious lifestyles, but with enough work it is possible. In 2015 Upward Spirals first offered their free Organic Directory, helping people find about 70 sources for healthy food. Now that resource has grown to over 300 options, and Synergy works with the best of the best. Helping people live healthful, regenerative lifestyles is a core passion we all share, and we are honored to share that love in every decision and with every person who comes to our events.
Almost all ingredients come from local certified organic farms, using sustainable materials and processes to ensure the impact of our food decisions is as considered as possible. Over the years we have found an unparalleled selection of rare tropical fruits and the most diverse produce options we’ve ever seen, and we love sharing what we’ve found with our guests.
We customize the meal plan to each event, but typically offer 3 delicious gourmet organic meals prepared with love, tropical fruits, and surprise snacks, smoothies and desserts. We accommodate any food preferences, and always have gluten free and raw options. Together we’ll offer your guests a food experience they’ll be talking about for years.
