Founder Robert Tharp envisioned a luxurious haven for people on an evolving journey of self-discovery. The universe delivered him exactly what he needed at every opportunity, so the name ‘Synergy’ emerged to reflect the perfect alignment and synchronicities allowing this dream to unfold along the way.

From the moment you settle into your elegant luxury suite, you’ll instantly be in relaxation mode. All bedrooms include high quality bedding, gorgeous design, and air conditioning to maximize comfort and guarantee a great night’s sleep. Most rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, and there are multiple kitchens onsite to support a range of ways to use the space. Currently there are 9 individual rooms, with 4 more coming soon.

The center is located in the town of Uvita, making it just a 10 minute drive to the beach and national parks for adventures and ecotourism. But many retreats participants find they prefer just staying onsite doing yoga, lounging by the pool, visiting the river, and connecting with each other.

We source the highest possible quality local sustainable mostly organic ingredients, for our world-class chefs to prepare delicious meals with love. for our amazing gourmet food chefs to make meals with love. We serve 3 meals daily, plus tropical fruits, plus snacks, smoothies, and some desserts. We are happy to adjust for different eating preferences, and always have gluten free and raw options.
