The price is per night for the whole property, plus 13% IVA. Each night uses the rate for its season, so a stay spanning two seasons includes both nightly rates. The calendar and booking summary show the quote for your dates, including the seasonal breakdown.
Seasonal ratesAre meals included in a property buyout?
Morning coffee is included. Meals and groceries are your group’s responsibility, with exclusive access to the main kitchen and dining areas. A private chef can be arranged on request. For an included meal plan and retreat coordination, explore the hosted package.
Explore hosted retreatsHow do buyout booking and payments work?
Choose dates and send a booking request. Your dates are held for 24 hours while ChargeAutomation emails a secure payment link. Four payments of 25% are scheduled: when you book, then 90, 60 and 30 days before arrival. Any installment already due is collected when you book; inside 30 days, the full amount is due. Your booking is confirmed after the required payment.

A $1,000 security hold is placed seven days before arrival and released within seven days after checkout, subject to the booking terms.
What are the cancellation terms?
Payments are non-refundable.
What are the house rules?
Quiet time begins at 9 PM. Smoking, pets, parties and outside guests are not permitted. Only people included in the booking may use the property.
How is a hosted retreat different from a property buyout?
Both give your group exclusive use of Synergy. Hosted retreats include three meals a day, housekeeping, a coordinated group arrival pickup and planning support. A property buyout gives you the venue, with meals and additional services arranged separately.
