When is the property available, and how can I check dates?

You can also browse Upcoming retreats to find a retreat to join. Availability depends on your stay type and the full length of your stay; dates are checked again before booking.

The hosted package is $307 per paying guest, per night, plus 13% IVA. Use the calendar for a stay estimate and the profit calculator to explore your own ticket price and expenses. The estimate is a planning tool; your agreed proposal sets the final arrangements.

What’s includedWhat costs extra?
Excursions, massage, ceremonies, additional practitioners, live music and laundry are separate from the hosted package. We can help you plan these before you set your retreat price; confirm the services and their prices with our team.
Plan your retreatWhat are the retreat minimums and maximum capacity?
Hosted retreats require at least 10 paying guests and 5 nights. The maximum is 21 people, including facilitators. The ten-paying-guest minimum still applies if fewer people attend. We help you plan the rooming list within that capacity.
Do facilitators stay free?
A solo facilitator, or a facilitator and their partner, stays at no charge with the hosted package. These places count toward the maximum of 21 people and do not count toward the minimum of 10 paying guests.
Are retreat arrival days flexible?
Yes. Your retreat can begin on any available day; there is no fixed Saturday-to-Friday schedule. Choose check-in and checkout dates that fit at least five consecutive available nights.

Yes. Hosted retreats reserve the guest rooms and grounds for your group. We do not run a separate retreat or offer individual room stays alongside your private group booking.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We build the menu around your group’s dietary direction. Share allergies and individual requirements during planning so the kitchen can confirm what it can accommodate before you book.
Discuss your plansCan you arrange excursions or practitioners?
We can help arrange waterfall outings, beach visits, massages and additional practitioners around your program. These services are arranged separately and priced in addition to the hosted package.

The hosted package includes a coordinated group arrival pickup from an agreed meeting point in San José, with a Quepos pickup arrangement for guests flying there. Confirm flights and pickup details during planning. This is an arrival arrangement, not an included round-trip transfer. Transport is not included with individual stays or property buyouts.

How do planning and booking work?
Choose dates, review your retreat estimate, then send your plans through the contact form. We arrange a planning conversation and work through your program, meals, rooming and arrival. Your agreed proposal or contract sets the arrangements and payment terms; submitting an inquiry does not reserve dates.
Tell us about your retreatHow do participants book and pay?
Participants register through the retreat organizer’s own booking route. As the host, you set your ticket price, inclusions and participant terms. Your agreement with Synergy is separate from your guests’ registration and payments.
Can our retreat appear on your website?
Submit your retreat details for review, including the dates, description, photo and organizer registration link when available. Approved public listings appear in Upcoming Retreats and link to your registration page.
