Which inquiry option should I choose?

Choose hosted retreat for a retreat package, full-property stay for a private venue rental, individual stay for room questions, or existing booking if you already have a reservation. For anything else, choose a general question.

How do I get help with an existing booking?

Does sending the contact form reserve dates?

No. A contact inquiry does not hold dates, create a booking or charge you. Room and property-buyout booking requests use the separate booking flow; hosted-retreat arrangements are agreed with our team.
